3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.

If you are under 18, you may only use this website and place an order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied when placing an order is complete and accurate.

4. Our Products

We sell lavender-inspired oils, aromatic blends, fragrances and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, packaging, sizes and images accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and natural products may have minor variations between batches.

Product packaging may occasionally change, but the product supplied will correspond substantially with its description.

Please read the individual product description, ingredients, directions and warnings before purchasing or using a product.

5. Product Use and Safety

Our oils and fragrances are intended for aromatic, cosmetic or general well-being purposes according to the directions provided with each product.

Unless the product instructions expressly state otherwise:

• Products are for external use only.

• Products must not be ingested.

• Avoid contact with the eyes and sensitive areas.

• Keep products away from children.

• Perform a small patch test before wider skin application.

• Stop using the product if irritation occurs.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have allergies or have a medical condition, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using essential oils or related products.

Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or refund the unavailable product.

We may limit product quantities where reasonably necessary, including during promotions or where we suspect unauthorised resale or fraudulent activity.

7. Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless another currency is selected or shown.

The total price, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, will be shown before you complete payment.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a genuine error, we may contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

8. Placing an Order

To place an order, select your products, provide the required delivery and payment information, review the total price and submit payment.

After you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

A contract between you and Les Frères Lavande is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch your order.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• A product being unavailable

• Payment not being authorised

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unlawful activity

• Delivery restrictions affecting the destination or product

• An obvious mistake in the order

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will refund the amount paid.

9. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or another secure third-party payment provider. We do not control the independent services of those payment providers.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their individual conditions and availability.

Unless clearly stated otherwise:

• Only one discount may be used per order.

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Promotional gifts are available while stocks last.

• A discount code must be entered before completing payment.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect qualifying orders already accepted.

11. Delivery

Our processing times, delivery options, estimated delivery periods and international shipping information are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates begin from dispatch and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated.

We remain responsible for products until they are delivered to you or to a person or safe place specifically authorised by you.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an error.

12. International Orders

International delivery may be available for selected products and destinations.

Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and local charges unless they are expressly included at checkout.

Some oils, fragrances or alcohol-based products may be subject to transport or import restrictions. We may cancel and refund an affected product if it cannot legally or safely be delivered to the selected destination.

13. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

For eligible online purchases, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return them.

Exceptions may apply, including to products supplied with a protective hygiene seal after that seal has been broken.

These exceptions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

14. Faulty or Damaged Products

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact lesfrereslavande@yahoo.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights.

You may use our website only for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes.
